2010 SV

Anyone have experience resetting/reloading the AV (software plus data). Is it a DVD issue or does it require a Nissan diagnostic computer (and, if so, does anyone have one?). Does anyone have a copy of the service manual that I can access?

Thanks! I think I already seen this (I remember learning the diagnostics sequence for the AV unit), but I will reread and see if anything comes to mind.
