Creeps slow from a stop till 7mph then works absolutely normal

Symptoms: After driving for about 30-40mins then stopping at a stop sign you can punch the gas and holfd it to the floor and it barely creeps, doesnt rev and doesnt go, then after 5-7mph it starts behaving normal with absolutely all the power above 10mph.
Attempts: I figured it was a cvt fluid problem because it was extremely dark and opaque. Did a drain n fill of 6qts, drove it around a bit till trans was warm again, drained and changed the filter, filled it 6qts again, drove it till 2 warm cycles. Then drain fill one last time to get nice clear fluid on the dipstick. Still drives normal for 30mins then does the same thing.
Recently new sparkplugs, new intake filter, new pcv, cleaned throttle butterfly with a carb clean dampened rag and maf sensor cleaned with 'MAF/Electrical connector spray'

If you put it in park or neutral I would assume throttle response is good?

It sounds a lot like an electrical isaue to me. Early symptom of alternator failure. Or at leaat that is what my symptoms were early in the failure stage both times my alternator failed.

Please let us know your fix.

Yep X 2. In 451,000 miles I have had the alternator replaced twice. Both times, what you describe is the predecessor to an alternator failure.

My ‘11 at 256k miles required a tran-replacement. Only difference the rpm would double with marginal acceleration.

cvt

I believe the car goes into (limp mode). I also believe the transmission oil is overheating. I have the same issue with my 09 maxima and have been troubleshooting this problem. So i'm begining to think outside the box. I plan on installing another external transmission oil cooler and replacing the transmission oil cooler filter and see what i get after hopefully the results are good. I'll keep you informed.
