Replace Head Unit

Hello All.
I have a Nissan maxima with low configuration, so no navigation, and not able play music via Bluetooth.
Can I change the head unit to another one, from other maxima with high configuration?
I'm about to purchase something like this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/22496968221...3ABFBMyPTF_dBg
And replace mine. Is this will work? Someone did this?

Thanks!

I think your Maxima S lacks some of the internal components available to tech package models (GPS, Bluetooth, etc..) it's not plug and play. If I'm not mistaken.

hi, I am not sure, but I think you can replace the factory radio (double din) panel area that the radio controls are located now with a aftermarket radio & surround panel. check with Crutchfield or box stores like BestBuy etc. you (I believe) will loose the radio "readout" on the factory display, but most descent radios now display info anyways. I am looking into doing this on my daughters 2011.
good luck... post what you end up doing
