I have a 2012 maxima that constantly makes a beeping noise like the lights were left on or the keys were in the car still. It started when the car was off and now only stops when I unconnected the battery. Anyone hear of this before?

 

yeah, i had something like tjis very early on when my bride drove to pick me up, and then had me drive home. Drove me up the walluntil i found her keyfob left in the car. In my case, trying to lock the door was the only time I heard the beep until I found her fob.

Any codes? Does it happen wben running?

 

Leave your fob outside car, are you able to still start it?
