7GM has no power during acceleration

As the title says there is a loss of power during acceleration and driving. It just doesn't get up to speed as fast as it should often hovering at 20-25mph for gears 1-4. It seems to buck and stutter at about 3500rpms. Occasionally it can rev to redline during idle but not during operation. Noticed this about a week ago when after i had dropped my girlfriend off at her house(she lives an hour and a half away) on my way home I decided to hit up this chicken place I frequent. I had hit the interstate and realised that my car did not feel like going over 75mph. No big deal as the speedlimit was 70 and I was already tired. It did strike me as a concern so I stopped in at my old Advance Auto I used to work at for a code scan. Came back with 3 codes one for the MAF sensor and two for the Oil temp/Oil temp sensor. The codes were p0101, P0196, and P0197. All of which have existed with my car since I've acquired it. The car has gone into FSM before one night when I dropped my girlfriend off on an earlier date a couple months ago. Reset the computer by disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for 30 minutes and the car ran like normal. This was different however. I was driving for a majority of two days(approx. 12 hours in the span of two days for runtime) but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. A couple days later I was drving to the gas station and decided while the road was clear to throw it in neutral and floor the gas to see how high i could get the rpms due to the almost psuedo redline and the engine completely shut off on me. Had to pull off to the side of the road with my hazards with no steering power and restart the car. The SES/CEL is only throwing the aforementioned codes, no P1 or P2 codes. Only thing I need to do is change my oil which ive put off for a good bit and worry may be the culprit. I have checked trans fluid and it read proper amount but I'm going to check again tomorrow under operating temp as i havent driven the car since that night it shut off. I have cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner, restarted the car several times and have let it sit for days straight. I am just stumped on what the issue might be and praying its not a blown transmission. I really do not want to foot the bill for a new tranny and I really do no want to sell/trade my Maxima. Help!

Given the codes, get the oil and oil filter changed first. How long has it been? Clean the maf again, make sure the air filter is clean and or change it too. Check the tube running to the throttle body from the air cleaner and verify the sound generator is secured or block it off.

How many miles on the odometer?

Do you have a maintenance plan? You mentioned the codes have existed since you got the car (how long ago?), have you performed any maintenance other than spraying maf cleaner? Do you know the previous owner or how well they took care of the car?

Lets see how far that takes you and then we can get new codes and see what we may want to check next.
