Steering returnability affected after alignment

Hi everyone,
I have a 2013 Maxima 3.5L V6. Recently noticed that the steering wheel was slightly tilted to the right while driving in a straight line. Decided to go for an alignment at a nearby shop thinking it should fix the issue. Right after alignment the steering felt strange, like somewhat less responsive, was not sure so decided to give it some time. Reached the parking lot at my place and the steering felt strange while turning. Earlier the steering would recenter pretty quickly while accelerating a bit after a turn, however ever since the alignment, the steering does not recenter as easily as it should, feels like it gets stuck in the same place sometimes and I have to give a lot of input to recenter it, and this happens more on turning left (Although it is returning a bit but not as good as before an usually at a much higher speed). I went back to the alignment shop and showed them the issue. They realigned but the issue still exists. The guy said that there's nothing more they can do.

Disappointed, I started searching online and read that EPS calibration can also lead to this issue, and in the alignment shop they didn't do EPS calibration (didn't have the equipment). Could this really be the only thing that is causing the problem? The car recently underwent inspection and everything else was fine, except the outer tie rods were worn a bit (could this cause the issue?) Said that, even after the inspection the handling was good and steering was very responsive so I'm not sure if the tie rods are causing this, problem started only after alignment done two days ago

Thinking of taking the car either to a different workshop that does EPS and can diagnose the problem, or the dealership, but wanted to know if anyone has faced this problem and knows what exactly could be going wrong. Would really appreciate the help
