New guy with p2099 code

Hi all! I just acquired a 2014 w/ 77k for a pretty good deal. Just recently it threw a p2099 code:

The code P2099 on a Nissan Maxima indicates a "Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 2". This means the engine's computer (Powertrain Control Module or PCM) has detected a rich fuel mixture in the exhaust system after the catalytic converter on Bank 2. Bank 2 is the side of the engine that does not contain cylinder number one.

I found a vacuum leak in the intake boot and fixed that but still get the code after driving for a few days. Does anyone know if this is a common issue or if there's an easy resolution to this?

Did you clear the code with a scan tool? That's the only way to tell if your fixed vacuum leak was the problem. If the code comes back them additional diagnostics will have to be done.

I did clear the code. Drove it a couple hundred miles then it came back which seems weird to me. I would think a leak would be present all the time and the code would have come right back. Also, would a vacuum leak only effect 1 bank but no the other?

I rescanned it... The long term fuel trim table is showing 99-100 which is bad and apparently indicates a few issues:

low fuel pressure - i cant find the Shrader valve. Anyone know where its located?
vacuum leak - replaced the intake boot which had a tear but no change
dirty MAF - cleaned w/ correct MAF cleaner spray
clogged injectors - going to try and run injector cleaner
exhaust leak - haven't checked yet

Any thoughts?
