First time Maintenance

I have recently bought a 2014 maxima sv with the the 3.5l with about 107,xxx miles on it currently. Im absolutely loving the car but it is in need of some love. I need to do spark plugs but have found a few different answers on what it actually takes and was wondering if someone could set it straight for me. I also need to do a oil change in about 3k miles and have heard a lot about royal purple oil and was wondering if it was worth using on this car? And also my poor baby has never had her cvt fluid changed so I need to do that as well and have heard how crucial it is to use only nissan branded cvt fluid so I was wanting to know do I have to take it to nissan to get it done or can I get that fluid and just do the drain and fill myself

royal purple shears very quickly. itll be a 5/20 before you know it. personally i use euro spec 5w40 but i also drive very hard.

spark plugs are easy, remove upper intake, remove coils, plugs, reinstall.

This is why I just came here to find out what oil would be best to use for the car. I want whatever will keep the motor running the best the longest because I also am known to have a bit of a lead foot myself.
Im not worried about actually changing the spark plugs just curious as to which spark plugs it actually takes. Thank you for the response though
