2010 Maxima Suspension

This part of the suspension (looking through the tire) behind the brake rotor is falling apart. Apologies my phone doesn't take good pictures. Can you tell me about this? Appreciate any feedback.

That's the rear subframe. It is replaceable but how does the rest of the chassis look?

There is surface rust. Here are some more pics.
