New 2016 SR Owner

Hey all, this is my 3rd Nissan car over the years. My 1st was a 1993 Infiniti J30t that I drove into he ground then a 2007 Maxima SL, and I just upgraded to a 2016 Maxima SR. Quite the improvement but I miss some of the luxery features of my 07 like memory seats/steering wheel/mirrors etc also the 2016 is lacking a lot of the room of the 07. I'm 6'4" and could comfortably sit in my 07 back seat, not so in the 2016. If anyone has any questions I'd be happy to answer them. Currently I'm looking into upgrading my exhaust to give it the throaty sound I feel it should be making. I'd appreciate suggestions.

My Options package:
splash guards
pearl white premium paint
sport floor mats (6)
illuminated kick plates
sport spoiler

Congrats!! I havent seen the SR vs the Platinum in person. Did you notice if the 18" vs 19" wheels really stand out? I have the 09 Sport SV now, but I'm leaning toward the Platinum this time. However those 19" on my current car MADE the car look so much better on the 7th gen.

I had the choice between the platinum (black on black) and the SR (pearl white & camel interior) since they were pretty much $1k difference. They look like 2 totally different cars. Yes the 19" wheels make a huge difference as well as the spoiler, the flappy paddle gear shifts, and the 2-tone (Alcantara) steering wheel. Also I absolutely do not trust Nissan sunroofs which the platinum has wayyyy too much of. Things i love about the platinum are the extra cameras and memory seats/wheel etc. Things I dislike: sunroofs, faux wood grain trim, 18" wheels. Taking that all in, I went with SR because its sportier.

EDIT: Things I would change about my SR: I initially wanted gunmetal grey but the white is growing on me, but still not a big fan of camel interior. I'd add on the rear bumper chrome split option. Also exhaust should be more aggressive on the SR. And of course I'd love to have the key1/2 memory for seats/mirrors/wheel. Black wheels.

White seems to be a popular color around here.

Congrats! I recently picked up almost the exact same car and options except with charcoal interior. Just ordered the black 19s as well. I also like the gun metal but think the white SR looks killer with the black wheels.

I may go with the Platinum and have the dealer swap the 18s for 19's. Just read a thread on here where a dealer offered to do that. Didnt even think of that.but have to wonder what the cost will be. I would guess not much because they keep the 18" wheels and tires and are just upgrading you. That would give the platinum all the sport look I'd want and id still have the sunroof and platinum features.
