Actually the whole Wheel along with the "rims" looks great. For me, I'd pull off the pinstripe tape for the cleanest look. Some dealers old habits die hard, trying to pack the car with "extras" Surprised you were not hit with the "gold treatment" too.
All said, this is a fine looking ride!

I don't care for pinstriping, especially now days it looks tacky, not like cars of the 80's and 90's where it's common.

That's awesome! Did you install the muffler yourself? Can you notice an audible difference inside the cabin with sport mode on? Is there a video you can post? Thanks for any feedback

I checked on Magnaflow's site - they don't list 2016 Max support - which muffler did you install??

I put the magnaflow 11225, kept the stock tips though for more of a stock look. Yes you can tell an audible difference, just has a aggressive sound.

Any chance of loading a sound file with the car pulling away. Reason I ask, is a friend of mine had a 2012 Maxima modded with a new muffler, and due to the CVT, I swear that car sounded like it was "mooing" when accelerating from 20 to 70 MPH. I suspect that muffler had less noise control than yours.

I'll try to get a video loaded when I get a little free time.

I would call your wheels "donk" but if that's the look you want, that isn't a bad thing.

Funny cause those 22's don't look that big on the maxima. It's a big body car. Now those 24 and 26 look donk.. Lol

yeah it's a big girl, I'm just talking about the style of the rims, not so much the size.

Just realized those wheels look like forks all pointing out from the center.

Ride is now the same as stock, using,, 245/35/20 toyo tires. The 22" looked amazing but rode horribly.

In my opinion, you were wise to change from 22" to 20". 22" makes for a great 'show' car, but is not practical on the roads we have to drive on these days. In fact, 22" wheels/tires on the Maxima make simple things like getting through a normal street gutter while turning into a driveway a real adventure.

BTW, nice looking car.
