Unhappy 2016 wind noise!

Hello All,

Mu generation 7 lease recently ended, so I picked up a new 8th generation. I love it, except for excessive wind noise coming from the passenger rear door area. Before I take it in, I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue? I just simulated highway driving with a back pack blower while one was inside. The area where the rear window meets the very small stationary window is where the noise is coming from. The driver side same location is perfect. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

check the weather stripping. I was hearing noise similar to yours but from the drivers door. I looked at the weather stripping and it was torn in several places. I'm just waiting on the dealer to get a replacement in.

We have a 2016 Maxima SR with the EXACT same wind noise issue. The rear passenger door around the fixed window or door seam. The dealer has replaced both weather strips AND the outside plastic trim piece. The noise is still there. They are still working on it. We you able to solve the issue?

It may not be the wind noise. Try turning off the seat heater/cooler. That thing is loud when you have it tuned on and sounds like wind noise when you drive.
