Kudos to NMAC
I picked up my new '16 Platinum Maxima a little over a month ago. At the time I had one payment remaining. I had made a payment about two weeks earlier. At the time Nissan was offering to waive the last two payments. I thought little of it at the time and did not even ask about a rebate. Lo and behold, what arrive in the mail yesterday? A check in the amount of one month's payment from NMAC. Completely unsolicited! What a great piece of customer service. Perhaps this is part of the reason that I have been a loyal Maxima owner since 1987.
