Stay away from opt-7

I ordered leds from this website. When I received the order one led was cracked and inoperative. I went on their site to call customer support and found no number what so ever. Their customer support and any other communication is done by emails. It indicates that it can take up to two days to receive a reply. I am an idiot for not seeing that before I ordered. I would not have purchased from them had I known that. That is, to me, a totally unprofessional way to do business. It could take up to four days to get two replies to your questions. Learned my lesson.

I've seen plenty of people order the Opt7 LEDs and haven't heard of any problems like this. They are actually on my list for replacement headlights. Sorry you had a bad experience, but they seem reputable. I remember reading that someone was able to get some sort of resolution within a couple of hours after sending an email. I believe they're giving up to 2 days just for some leg room.

I try to warn people as much as possible here about drop in LEDs into headlights or fogs.

You're ultimately saving yourself from **** poor performance anyway so just see it as an opportunity to go about it the right way and either get better halogens or switch to HID.

I don't agree. I got my OPT7,s the other day and installed them and they work just fine. Everyone is always going to say switch to HID's but not everyone wants to do that.

I just received my OPT-7 LEDs for my fogs and I had ordered them from ebay. Just waiting to get them installed soon.

Why did you send them back for a refund?
