Back seat Leather?

Does it look like that on the other side. Looks to me someone did not do a very good job of stretching the fabric over the frame. My 7th gen is smooth and tight in that area. Take a look at other Max's next time at the dealer.

I see no signs of cracking or deteriorating. Just looks like a less-than-perfect job of covering the seat with leather before it was installed in the car.
Any time a portion or part of the car is done by hand, results will vary from car to car. The angle of light probably makes the situation look worse. I think you need to have your dealer see if he can make this look a little better.
