I'm thinking about buy an hid kit and wondering what you guy think about this kit ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00802GIW4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_-gKixbQT43QVTA ) or if you recommend something else and what is the best way to install preferably without removing the bumper.

You can take turns turning the tire towards the opposite side you are working on all the way and remove part of the liner. Or to get more room take off both from tires and remove the whole liner.

Amazon kits are garbage. Morimoto or XenonDepot.
