Ripples in windshield?

I notice that the windshield of my Maxima distorts slightly, about 6 inches in from the left side where it curves towards the frame. I figured this was normal given the shape of the glass. However, my girlfriend commented recently that she notices some verticle ripples while driving that I can faintly make out if I look for it while the car is at a standstill. Has anyone observed this at all?

I have noticed the distortion on the left and right sides, but not the ripples. I've gotten used to it and doesn't really bother me anymore.

I noticed this as well. Hopefully I can learn to ignore it.

Same with my windshield. Haven't noticed any leaks or other problems so I hope all works out for the good.

I have major issues with my 2017 and it makes me really sick...I've posted a thread about it and i'm loooking for more information....i think it's defective glass...i've been told from professional auto glass repair places that any distortion is a factory defect...not good glass
