2016 Nissan Maxima SV Stolen on 06-16-2016 South Florida

Hello Guys,

I have Followed this Forum a long time but today it's a bad time for me to make this post.

I own a 2016 Nissan Maxima SV which i bought in Aug-2015. I currently live in South Florida. My car was stolen from the Apartment Parking Lot (One way in and Out Community but not Gated). The Last time i saw my car was at 11:30PM 06-15-2016 and when i came out to go to work at 8AM in the Morning on 06-16-2016 my car was not there.

Police Report Made, Insurance Informed, Towing Database was checked by Officer and Confirmed NMAC for not Repossession.

It was a Bordeaux Black SV.

No Glass Pieces Found- So No Glass Breakage.
Not even a single piece of anything on where i parked. I parked Right in Front of my Apartment Door.

So many have told me that the Smart Key might have been compromised since that is the only possibility or Towed by these Jerks.

Called Nissan to see if they could help me in tracking but they said it is only for the Platinum Ones.

I don't know what to do guys, Checking in Craigslist every hour for any parts sold suspects. Checked most of the Parking lots in the nearby area.

Please give me some insight guys or i have to let it go. Give me some ideas. Also stay safe from these crooks.

Sorry to hear that man. It sucks that the car can't be tracked because I thought that it could via the GPS. Hopefully it's found, but if not, at least your car is insured for this purpose. Best of luck and hoping for a speedy recovery.

Sorry to hear man...I would just start searching for a replacement as that car is probably half way to the dominican republic or one of the other islands by now. On the next one I would recommend a gas cut-off or something similar. Good Luck!

If I had a car stolen I would NOT want it back. I would be afraid it had been abused at the least, or chopped up at the worst.

Work with your insurance company and hope it never turns up. I assume the insurance company is providing a rent car. Press them for a settlement and go on your way.
