compliant department

First off I absolutely love my SR to death and then some! However I do have a few nit picky complaints.

The driver side sun visor is not big enough for me and doesn't block out enough of the morning and afternoon glare.

I wish the navigation screen would dim a little more at night.

A locking gas door would be nice.

I drive with my leg against the door panel and can actually feel the panel move outward when the window goes down! Havent experienced this since gm of the 70s and 80s!

And the interior rear view mirror shakes when I listen to the stereo.

Maybe I'm just getting old and the light hurts my eyes and my hearing must be going too since I have to listen to my dubstep loud to fully enjoy it!

I believe the gas door locks and unlocks with the cars doors.

Well that does seem to make sense. I have seen what looks like a lock mechanism but the door isn't locked. Maybe it's because the doors are unlocked and I have the proximity key in my pocket. I will definately have to pay closer attention next time I buy gas. Thanks!

Yes...the gas door will be locked when the doors are locked.

My navigation screen switches to black at night with only roads, features, etc visible. I haven't tried, but I would think that the dash or navi screen brightness control would further reduce the light. I know my navi screen is very dark at night.

The lateral size of the sun visor is limited somewhat by the car frame/door on the outer edges and the inside rear view mirror at the center. Nissan has applied a little 'screen applique' on the inside top of the windshield behind the rear view mirror, but it does not block as much light as the darker vinyl I put in that same spot on my wife's trucks.

I ALWAYS lock my doors whether inside or outside of the car. So I always have to press 'unlock' on my fob or push the lock/unlock button on the driver's door in order to open the fuel tank door. Carjackings at gas stations are a daily fact of life in the Atlanta area.

The door panel moving during window operation is a big deal to me. I have noticed that almost all the interior panels move easily. Very cheap feeling.

The screen brightness can be adjusted manually to the minimum.

And the interior rear view mirror shakes when I listen to the stereo.
Strongly agree and even if I drive on speed bumps like this on pic below. Specially if there is a lot of them, the whole car starts shaking loool

of course you will feel everything in an SR. The suspension is very tight and the tires are low profile! This is normal in almost every car I have been in with sports suspension and low profile tires.
