Window Reflecting heat vent - distorts driver side mirror

The heat vent to the left of the steering wheel is showing up on the driver side window as a reflection. When using the driver side mirror, you can see the heat vent and it distorts the view. It appears as if the reflection is on the mirror but it's actually the window. You only see when looking at the mirror. And when the window is down, no reflection. How can I solve this?

The best way to deal with it is to ignore it and it will go away. Seriously.

This same thing happens with my car (different brand), and if you stop paying attention to it, it quickly becomes unnoticeable. Otherwise you're looking at pulling the vent and painting the shiny bezel with a non-reflective paint or something.

One product out there, I'm sure there are others, is Proklear Nano anti glare. Works similar to RainX, but claims to have antiglare properties. From what I read on reviews it gives positive reviews for antiglare.

Another option would be to tint the window. I actually don't know if that would help or make it better

Thanks for the feedback. Will look into the Nano anti glare and possible tinting. Appreciate.

Tinting the windows isn't going to fix it, since it's reflecting off the inside of the window. My windows are tinted and I still have the reflection if I look for it.

But i stopped looking for it and don't notice it at all now.
