Ideal Size Rims for 8th gen maxima

Hey Guys,

Just a quick question, what do you guys the ideal size rims are for the 8th gen maxima. Someone told me it was 20inch rims. Also if you guys have any suggestions or links on things ones I should get or you like, feel free to share them!

It's not really about the car, it's about the driver. You want comfort, 18 will do. You want a little stiffer, 19, you want to waste your money on tires and have a sore a$$&back on long trips, 20 or 22.

Look wise the 18's fit this car PERFECT. Not to big not to small. I don't like how the 19's look and think they look to big for the car.

You mean WHeeL size? Of which the RIM is component of.
I do agree with an earlier poster that 19 iches with a 40 aspect sidewall is plenty of tire and allows for a decent ride. I actually think the 18 inch wheel is just fine.

20's are not that big looking. As far as "back breaking on long trips" not true, the handling is improved with zero gas mileage change. the only difference would be you feel those pot holes a little more.


20 inch alloy wheel's.

If you want better 0-60 times, stick with the 18s. If you want a higher top speed or just like the look, 19+
