Has anyone replaced the nav with another screen like one that offers android auto an apple play and better maps then the original Nissan one?

 

The new gen head unit has more than infotainment system on it. It has active noise cancellation and parking assist. Replacing with aftermarket might cause some features not to work as intended. Because the dealer had to calibrate my sensors as it was not detecting the object in front or rear. I asked them, how did they do it? They said it was from head unit.
