Dashboard Clunk

When I hit sharp bumps in the road I am hearing a clunking noise coming from the right side of the dashboard kind of in the area on the passenger airbag anyone experience this? My maxima is a 17 SR midnight. Would a softer set of tires help with roughness of this car?

What kind of junk do you have in your glove compartment that could be making that noise? Could even come from junk in the pass. side door storage area.

I got something like that in the back from time to time. Not sure if its suspension or in the trunk area. Only seems to happen occasionally and usually not after the car warms up.

But yours is in the front? I've never heard that

Knock on the wood no strange noise in my 2017 SR midnight edition so far, I'm in Jacksonville Beach Florida the coldest we get here is 4-5 nights in 30's during the winter. 42F was the coldest morning since I got the car. OP where do you live? Most of the time cold weather is the culprit, when it gets cold like bellow 32 people start complaining about rattles, vibration, clunks etc.

My Platinum will emit a clunk/squeak from the front driver area under the windshield when it is below 15 degrees F and when I'm on a rough road. At this point I will probably let the next owner chase that dawg. Less than 6 months left on my lease and we may re-up for another loaded Maxima.
