Nav Map Issue

When I try to use the navigation for directions, the map is all off and wrong. It’s hard to describe so I’ve posted a picture of it. This is when the map is set to 2D view. If I choose another view it seems to be ok. But I prefer the 2D view. Changing the zoom level actually makes it worse.

Has anyone seen this before and/or know how to fix it?

Having a hard time understanding your problem. Can you be more specific? There’s a compas icon on the right side of the screen. Click on it it will point to north.

Instead of seeing the road map, this is what I’m seeing when the nav destination starts up. I’ll try to see if I can’t take another picture.

Thanks. I played around with it and i think it's working. Just was really funky as the first time I opened and zoomed out it was over North Carolina, no where near Central Florida.

I have seen this erratic view just once when the car was new in 2015. As I recall I pulled out the SD card while the car was off, then started the car, got an error message, then shut it down. I then replaced the SD card and restarted and it has been fine for years.

This may be the equivilant of a poor man's reboot.
