Replacing Head Unit

Hey there,

I'm wondering if anyone has swapped the stock head unit with something from Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine etc.

I'm hoping to replace it with this;
https://alpine-usa.com/product/view/...-auto-ilx-f309

If it is possible would it retain steering wheel/Center Dial Controls or would I need some sort of adapter for that

Your Maxima is not a Single DIN dash. You would lose the control from the buttons around the screen and the center console dial.

Why, oh why would you do that?
