NissanConnect

I have a basic 2017 Maxima S, lower cost model, does it include the NissanConnect with services?

I don't think so but you are not missing anything worth paying for.

I agree, $20/month for remote start from the phone, it is definitely not worth it

It’s only for the Platinum models. We have it and use the service. Is it worth it? You would have to decide.

When I got my Platinum in Oct of 2015 they still had very buggy software that was just too hard to use. It was easy to say "no thanks" to the monthly fee. Tell us how this software has improved and just what is does to justify your cash every month.

I can’t comment how it’s worked in the past. But, I have had no issues with it. We are on the premium package for $19.99 a month. Again folks will have to decide if it’s worth it or not for them. Nissan offers 3 different plans and you can compare them on the Nissan Connect website.
