2016 Maxima Dead Audio

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima and I’m having an issue with the radio audio. The Navigation and phone calls play through my speakers but, the radio and blue tooth doesn’t play through my speakers. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you get it fixed? Thanks in advance for your help.

Not sure fixing these are economical way to go. Beyond the obvious of checking fuses. Option #2 >>There are plenty of Maxima headunits out there for sale on EBAY. Shoot for a 2017 or later to get Andriod or apple play

It’s the basic system that came with the vehicle.

I will look into getting another system to put into it, do you have a seller you would recommend?

Saw this one on EBAY but there are several vendors. Mke sure the Memory card is with the unit you buy.

I had this exact issue with my 2016. Everything just stopped working while I was driving. No clue as to why it happened...only happened that one time. All I did was park, shut the car off and turn it back on and thankfully it worked fine.

How'd you buy a 2016 without a working stereo? This must have been one hell of a deal. Was it private party or a dealership? Because if a dealership often they offer short warranty like 3 months and a few thousand miles...if you drove it off the lot and it wasn't working, you should go back there immediately before any time/mileage ticks off...

Thank you everyone, I will have the radio replaced a Nissan dealership. It will cost around $4400 with parts and labor.

Sorry to hear this. I'd sure go the EBAY route and swap the old unit out before making the dealer rich. best of luck
