Muffler stud nut size/thread

Does anyone know the thread pattern/nut size for the stud that holds the muffler on? I unbolted mine to see how it would sound without the muffler, and lost the nut for the studs. Hoping I can just purchase a generic replacement but I have no idea what size and/or thread pattern they are.

I don’t know the size, but curious... how did it sound without a muffler?

Take one nut off the other muffler and stop in any hardware store...or the dealer...and get a replacement.

How can you not have an idea what size the nut is? What size wrench or socket did you use to remove it?

I actually really liked it... there was a slight drone around 40mph and 60mph due to the CVT, but other than that it was great.

I actually ended up finding the original nuts, so all is good!

I have it taken care of now... however, How can I not know? Maybe because I removed them 3 months ago. I don't keep a log of what wrench and socket I use for each job. Besides, even if I got the nut size correct you have to match thread patterns. I appreciate your input, but you did come across a bit rash there.

Sorry, I was under the impression that the loss just occurred, not 3 months ago.

I was thinking that you still had your tools out.

Apologies, You are right... I didn't indicate WHEN I took them off. All good!
