Tire vibration
Vibrations suck. If you don’t feel it at low speed it’s likely balance. Do you feel it in the steering wheel or in the seat? If rotation doesn’t change that, do you still have the original wheels and tires to put on for comparison?
It’s not a tire or balance issue if that is the case. You won’t feel a low speed balance issue. I’m also skeptical of identifying left or right front from a tire balance issue. You have another issue than tires or their balance. I hope you get it fixed to enjoy the car.
CV Joint would be my inclination, especially with the noises. But I’m a tire guy and will take tire blame when it occurs. I’m not a CV joint guy. If it’s creaking and popping when turning would be easier to point the blame at. 40k on a CV joint seems low.
40K is low, but not unheard of... generally speaking. Other thing to check might be wheel bearing. That, too, would be premature but...
Had a set of aftermarket rims on the Max that required a hub centering ring (not sure what it's actually called) but the tire place had misplaced one of them when I Had the tires replaced. I went back several times over a 2 month period, when they discovered that one wheel had the missing ring, ironically they found a matching ring in one of the toolboxes. Likely mine that they lost during the initial install. Anyway, several re-alignments and rebalances, that stupid plastic ring solved the problem. Doesn't make sense honestly, but I guess they are super important at helping center the wheel as they are putting the lugs on. Point of the story, do your rims require that piece? Tirerack supplied the set with the wheels when I bought them.
