I'd find a different dealer, and don't take no for an answer

if it's safe to do so, try putting it in neutral and coast to a stop. At least you can rule out the transmission

Kind of sounds like a coil pack gone bad...you should get a P03XX code or at least a CEL.but my interpretation of your "(uurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)" may not be correct. If you can post a video with sound then I am sure others can help narrow this down.

it can be exactly what he is saying a coil pack, but like he stated if you uploaded a video that would be a lot more helpful..

they checked the car with the computer and no code appears,

this only happened when i take the car out of service and it did't happened again after the last time, almost 5 days

All the videos i recorded didn't capture the sound ( only the vibration sound when you listen carefully )
