Just a question as I am not sure of the answer, but will the lights of the 2020 Maxima fit the 2016 Maxima? I feel like the tail lights will but not sure of the headlights.

The taillights will fit. Just have to get the inner and outer housings. The headlights will fit bit there will be a gap between the house and the bumper surround. You’d have to change out the bumper to fill the gap.
