MGP Caliper Covers

Has anyone installed MGP Caliper Covers on their rides? If so, how do they look? Pics? How are they holding up? Do they seem to retain heat or decrease brake components life? Was thinking about getting some for my 2017 Platinum version.

Ugh. Please don't. Don't get fake calipers, get good calipers.

I'm new to the Maxima game as my 2018 SV is my first Japanese car. I've always owned Mustangs. But I HATED seeing caliper covers on Mustangs. I had Shelby GT500 brakes on my Mustang. Don't fake it, just buy a good brake set and get something that actually stops your car better, not just tries to look like it does.

You don't have to get new super high performance brake package, including rotors and calipers just to get "the look", which I suspect you are looking for seeing as you were considering those horrid fake-looking alum. caliper covers. Just get the calipers painted to your choice of color and be done with it. They will look nice without the cost.

I think @Traumaviper has a great idea. I say Go.Fot.It. To complete the 'ricer" look that he desires, and his need for attention, I suggest he glue Rice Krispies to those fake covers. As he quickly stops, his car will making the "Snap, Krackle, Pop" sound effects.

Doesn't everyone want to turn their Maxima into a ricer?

Those are right up there with fake hood scoops, fender vents, and any other poser junk Autozone sells. Just my $.02
