Hello,
long time Nissan owner / finally returned back to the Nissan brand after many years away! Recently purchased a 2017 maxima SV and today noticed a weird screen that given the nature of it I cannot find any insight into what I may need to look into before I call a dealership.

Failure? Of what???
Any help would be really great to help me troubleshoot. I have turned it off / back on starts up fine but this issue remains. It stays on top of everything else on the dash as well.

 

1st time I have seen this! Looks like the dash module is done. I wonder if you could get a display module from a wrecked Max? The top dash comes apart fairly quickly.
Keep us posted on what you do. I do wonder if the odometer reading is somehow paired via vin number though. Probably a visit to your dealer is the best place to start
