2021 Maxima bought new. The driver mirror looks out of focus / fuzzy in parts of the glass . The passenger side is normal . Service department is trying to say all the brand new maximas are like that. When you look at it though it kind of makes you sick a little. For context we traded a 2016 which did not have this issue at all. Curious if anyone has seen this before?

 

No distortion on my 2019. Any chance it is the heated mirror membrane? Push for a replacement mirror!

 

Well, if the service department says all new Maximas are like that, check out a couple of new ones on their lot to see, then go from there.
