Hi everyone,

I recently picked up a 2016 SL Maxima and loved it so far. However, I've noticed the Bluetooth mic audio quality during calls is muffled and unclear on the other end.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I've tried:
- Re-pairing my phone: Didn't make a difference.
- Hard rest of the infotainment system.

I'm wondering if there's a setting I'm missing or if this might be a more common problem with a potential fix. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!

 

I had this problem until I changed to new Android. May be just me.

 

Had this issue in my 2016 and also later on the 2019. Guess the mic placement is part of the problem. Dealers said it was normal
