So every time it’s locked, once if unlock the vehicle,the front windows go down by themselves.
Whether I’m using the key fob, or the button on the door handle, the windows go all the way down after I unlock it. ( FYI I’m not holding down the unlock button on the fob and activating the window roll down feature)

 

Sounds to me water got into the electronic board on the driver's side....replace it. cheapest option.
