Brake Upgrades / Repair Q

So I started some routine brake repair and upgrades the other day

And found my driver side rear caliper was sticking. after reading around the forum I noticed this is a common problem with 4th gens. & it's time for an overhaul. yipie

I order a rear caliper seal kit from Nissan PN# 44120-61E26 , I love my personal copy of fast , but I'm having a hard time finding a write up on a rear caliper overhaul. There is a lot of great stuff on the front rotors in How To's & Stickies but little on the rear.

Does anyone have a writeup on a Rear caliper overhaul (w/pics a big +)

I have an A32.pdf service manual, but on this job it's Greek to me.

Thank you

So you're having an issue taking off the caliper reinstalling or putting in the new caliper seal kit? The seal kit is pretty basic once you have things out in front of you, taking off the caliper, etc, isn't that bad either.

I'm looking for a rear overhaul write up as a guild -reference. no isuses with removal

I'm sure I can fake my way thru it but with brakes it has to be right. I like my max not wraped around a tree

Well my parts come in today, after many hour breaking down the FSM line by line I feel ready to do this. I'm going to tackle the piston first then move on to the caplier a lot less clips and retainers lying around.

I'm glad I have a factory rebuild kit not some "autojunk" kit that won't fit right.

If I feel froggie I may even post pics and what not
