Stillen RSB do you have to remove the wheels?

Stillen RSB do you have to remove the wheels?

Do you have to remove your rear wheels to install the Stillen RSB? I am looking to see if I can do it without having to go to that step. Am I not seeing something that forces you to take off the wheels?

It'll make life a lot easier to mount the blue "clamps" with the rear wheels off... I bet it would even be faster than leaving them on.
