Ride Quality Dramatically Deteriorating

Here's the story.
I basically had to have surgery in late May that prohibited me from driving, but right before that I felt my car getting more rough over non-smooth surfaces, being able to "feel more of the road" and getting more my roade noise inside the cabin. I figured it was just because my tires were worn, so when I could I got new tires mounted and the 'roughness' was still there. I'm currently sitting on H-techs/KYB GR2's (installed last year) and have never felt the suspension this hard/rough before. I was thinking it might be due to worn ball joints or maybe the bearings, or perhaps the bushings but what exactly i'm not sure.

Wanted to get some of the experts here opinions on what they think...
