MUUUUCH better! Now you need to do the front! BTW if you start having rubbing issues, roll your rear fenders...

Good point, I had to roll the rear fenders because the tires would scrape over rough roads & speed bumps.Originally Posted by Fast1one

Which Falken ziex? there's like 5 tires in the ziex line..
I remember the Ziex 512s run a bit narrow for their size compared to other brands... so a 245 in another brand may rub on your car as it is now. be sure to take that into account next time you buy tires.

yeah.. be sure to watch out when you get new tires then.
I'm running some 512 in 235/45/17 on my car now. they're MUCH more narrow than the 235/45/17 Kumho ASX or MX that i've run on there before them.
not much different than the ST-115s I had though.
(man I've had a lot of tires on that car over the years!!)
I can think of 10 sets off the top of my head I've gone through.. all ones that I bought now. not including the ones that were on used wheels when I bought them as a set.

I think I may just get spacers and have the similar effect with width/stability, but I won't have the "added traction" with the wider wheels...and spacers won't be that much heavier than the .5lb each of the 8.5 wheels weigh compared to the 8

H&R spacers are horrifically light, you wont regret them.Originally Posted by !PrjctMax!

Great to hear. I need some myself, and was wondering what company to go with. I guess the choice is pretty clear now. Originally Posted by Mr****s95SE
