Crazy Tach

i asked this in the other forums but since it wasnt involving an intake or LED's noone had a clue, does anyone have a 96 that there tachometer just does it's own thing? basically doesnt work and if it does it's only in cold weather?

it doesnt stick it goes all over the place like crazy, and makes noises, eventually it will just end up all the way clockwise as far as it will go

Never heard of that happening. Take apart the dash and check to see if it's loose.
