3.5 5 speed trany in a 4th gen

does anybody know if a 3.5 5 speed trany can fit in a 4th gen
?

Like off on a newer 3.5 Altima 5spd? It should bolt right up to the block without any problems. However, I dont know about what axles would have to be used.
