Also, I thought these were nissan blanks. Regrinds should need new shims unless they were welded and ground to spec on the base circle.

I wish someone would copy the Nismo Spec1 cams and sell them for that price.

Yea i saw those posts but i just wanted to know what your opinion was. Anyway i just asked the seller and he said these were made for blanks but suggested upgrading the valve springs and shims. To my understanding, since they're made from blanks getting different shims isn't necessary, correct?

Edit: On JWT's website, they recommend shims to restore the correct installed height. And since these cams are knock-offs of the S1 cams, i would assume they'd be necessary. Virgilio7 used them in his car.
