Pin location for VI on 2k2 ECU?

Sorry if this is a repost...but can someone tell me which wire is for the VI on the 2k2 ECU? I already downloaded Jime's wiring diagram (thanks) and have the VAFCII in hand...want to install it by this weekend...thanks!

Oh yeah...Besides mounting it on the top middle (above the A/C vents)...where else can I mount it? Any suggestions for mounting locations will be grealy appreciated!

Does this help? http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=441029

I might mount mine on the dash covering the trip computer, although it will be removable (velcroed). I was also thinking between the Bose and the steering wheel, although I'm not sure how much space there is and how well you can see it from there. These are just ideas, I need to actually take the unit into the car with me to get a better idea.

I thought the VIAS wire is on the ecu itself? Or do you tap it to another wire somewhere else?

Yes thats a great diagram for an overall picture of everything. I usually use the lists starting on EC-142 because they give you a little more info but EC-28 sure is nice to have. Should print that out and hang it on the wall.

Why would you adjust the VI switchover, it's fine where it's at, unless you have dynos to prove otherwise re: your mods.

I'm not gonna adjust VI switch over...I just want that wired to be connected...so I can get the red LED to blink when I hit my VTEC y0!

Hey Jime...I know your installation instructions are for an SAFCII....since I have the VAFCII...am I going to be left out with extra wires when installation is done? I know the VAFC has the RPM wire...also I read somewhere it has the VTC wire too....can you list the PIN #s for any wires that I should tap into while I'm down there? I just want everything to be hooked up

I don't have a pinout for the VAFC so I don't know what else is on it. BTW there are also wire on the S-AFC that don't get hooked up so don't expect to use them all. Never heard about the VTC wire either and the RPM is a must for both.
