Fuel Injector issue

So, take a gander at these fuel injectors and tell me what you see wrong.

Trying to figure out what those little brown rings on the very tip of the injector are since i am missing 3 of them. Anybody got a name or a part number for them?? Any help is much appreciated.

do the brown caps have tiny holes in them? If not they're just covers for the injector, if they do have holes than you obviously need the 3 missing ones.
