intake vac hoses

intake vac hoses

i just made my own intake and i dont have the 3 vacuum hoses that would connect to a cai connected to anything. is it ok to run it like this?

Not all of them are vacuum hoses. The only hose you could do without is the one coming from the valve cover. If not sealed properly, it will run a tad rough. If you seal that portion of your intake up (in between the MAF and TB minus the opening for that hose) and get a small filter for the valve cover, it should be fine.

yea i have a filter on the biggest one comming from the valve cover and the others are just open, should i seal them off? is this what your saying?

Yes, seal them off the way they were before you took them off.
