V afcII..diagram for 00 max?

I recently purchased a Vafc II and now i`m looking for a diagram to hook it up to my 00 max...Can someone point me in the right direction?

Any help will be appreciated.

I did one for the 02-03s and I know your pins are different, but all you have to do is use the FSM to find the corresponding pin numbers on a 2000.
