3.5L: Just installed RPM switch...at what RPM should it actuate???

Called two dealers...they didn't know. Seems all they know is how to charge too much and do too little...thanks.

According to the 2k2 FSM the vacuum signal is cut to the power valve at > 3600 RPM, thus activating the VIAS. This is with operating VTC's though, so no one would be able to tell you definitively what the best RPM is. Only dyno time would tell...
