Engine harness removal question...pretty urgent.
hey, im having trouble fitting the engine harness connector (ecu and tcm connector) through the grommet in the firewall. Should i just pull in everything from the engine to the inside? I need to remove this harness from this car, and install it into another car. It's pretty urgent, as I need to do this asap. I dont wanna dremel the hole in the firewall for fear of a wire stripping and grounding itself, but I need any tips that you guys might have to remove the engine harness completely. All the clips are off, and the engine harness is loose, it's just stuck on the hole in the firewall.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
-Freddy

Maxima is the worst car ever to pull a harness. You basically need to be 4 foot 9 inches 88 pounds to fit under the dash and actual see the fawking hole. Damn japs.
I bought a harness recently, and the guy at the junkyard smashed the hell out of the dash and whole heater assembly just to pull the harness. He was really pissed.
It was pretty funny to watch, actually. But I'm a *****.
