The Pathfinder's engine is longitudinally mounted.

On my race car I am running a VQ30 bolted to a pathfinder bellhousing and mated up to a Jericho four speed. It bolts right up but I run a pathfinder starter and use the starter ring gear from the pathfinder. I am not sure how the stock oil pan would mate up since mine are highly modified for ground clearance

You're also saying that with FI, this manifold could give benefits that outweigh its disadvantages, so you'd like to see what it can do. What nismology is saying is that it probably won't be worth doing. That's really just an exchange of ideas, since as you both know the argument is purely academic at this point.

See? No need to get panties twisted, guys...
Exactly. I mean that FI won't fix anything. It will just allow the engine to make more power everywhere, masking the design flaw. I was also saying boost will help mask almost anything so it almost goes without saying IMO. But all this banter is meaningless, like you said, since we don't know what kind of power/torque characteristics this manifold will bring.

What problems do you see installing this thing on our motor? Maybe I will give it a try but I need to be sure that it will fit under the hood.

It is the same port pattern as the vq30. This is why some people use PF heads on a 3.5 swap so that they can use the 00vi.
